Terms and Conditions of Use (for 100X.website)

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 100X Movement Services (“Services”) provided by [Your Company Name/Entity Name]. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms (The 100X Contract)

You agree that by clicking “Sign Up,” “I Agree,” or accessing our Services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. User Obligations (The Entrepreneur of Self)

As a User, you commit to upholding the 100X Excellence Framework principles:

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Ethical Conduct: You agree to act professionally and ethically, especially when interacting with HunarGurus, NxtGen peers, or the public during 100X BHARAT initiatives.
  • Honesty: All information provided for certification, mentorship, or enrollment must be truthful and accurate.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You must not engage in harassment, spamming, unauthorized commercial activity, or any action that harms the reputation of the 100X Movement or its participants.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (100X Content Ownership)

  • Our Content: All content, methodology, logos, design, text, graphics, and the 100X Excellence Framework, KLUA, 5WH, and the HunarGuru Pact concepts are the exclusive property of the 100X Movement and are protected by copyright.
  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased course material (e.g., the eBook or Certification content) solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
  • User Content: You retain ownership of content you post (e.g., forum posts, civic project reports), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating, marketing, and promoting the 100X Movement.

4. Certification and Mentorship (The HunarGuru Pact)

  • Certification Value: The 100X Conscious Leader Certification attests that you have completed the required curriculum and demonstrated mastery of the 100X Framework. It does not guarantee job placement or career success.
  • HunarGuru Disclaimer: HunarGurus provide advice and guidance based on their professional experience. They are not employees of the 100X Movement. We are not liable for any advice, actions, or outcomes resulting from a mentorship relationship. The relationship is based on mutual respect and the HunarGuru Pact.
  • Fees and Refunds: All fees for the Certification are clearly listed. Refund policies, if applicable, are specified on the enrollment page and are legally binding once agreed upon.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the 100X Movement shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services or content.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana (or your chosen principal place of business).
  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
